About Cros
Inspired by parents and other family members who played the blues, Cros' talent has been recognized throughout his life. First, as a young music prodigy that put him on stage with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and later brought acceptance into Julliard and scholarships to several universities, membership into some of the most exclusive bands as he began his solo career,
Now an actor, bassist, songwriter, composer, producer, vocalist, and with a long list of musical instruments to round out his creativity, his varied creations will move you to laughter and tears.
Working With Other Artists
Former bassist for Lucky Peterson and Grammy Award winner James Cotton, Cros has shared the stage with well known artists in a variety of genres including alternative rock group Inflatable Soule, rap group Cypress Hill, blues and R&B artists Koko Taylor, Buddy Guy, James Brown, CeCe Peniston, B.B. King, Solomon Burke, Mavis Staples, Robert Lockwood Jr., Hubert Sumlin, Marcus Miller, Otis Taylor, Shemika Copeland, Otis Rush, Maria Muldaur, Marcia Ball, Bernard Allison, Johnny Winter, Jimmy Johnson, Kenny Neal, numerous jazz ensembles, Keith Richards, Jeff Healey, and the US Army and Navy bands.
